February just started and we are very excited to connect with you this month during our Meet-Up in Den Haag in collaboration with the newly opened KiCo kitchens! One of our ambassadors has just been there to interview the team behind the scenes and let us say, it looks very promising ! 🎉

As you might know already, our panel will be exploring the Innovation Triad that gives birth to successful Food Products. We will also take the time to listen to some pitches, network and celebrate the new year together. 🍻

Note: To get inside the building, you need to go through the parking lot. The event will take space on the -1 floor.

The evening is divided into 4 different moments:

  • Time-Travelling Milkman - meet Time-travelling Milkman (TTM), a B2B innovator addressing the challenge of unappealing dairy alternatives by offering stable plant-based fat ingredients derived from Oleosomes. These natural fat droplets, found in plant seeds, mimic the stability of milk fat, promising creamy and flavourful dairy alternatives. TTM's mission is to convey Oleosome's unique qualities to revolutionize the landscape of sustainable and appetizing dairy alternatives.

    Saskia Tersteeg, a disciplined problem-solver with a creative edge. Armed with a Master's in Food Technology from Wageningen University, Saskia specializes in sustainable food process engineering. Co-founder of Time- Traveling Milkman, she is contributing her expertise to shape the future of food! With hands-on experience in spray drying, oleosomes, and milk ingredients, Saskia is on a mission to advance sustainable food alternatives. 

  • Cibus Nexum - your Partner in Co-Manufacturing. From startups to corporates, they specialize in connecting the right co-manufacturers to you.

    Pascal Ruzius and Arjen van der Wijk: double the expertise, double the innovation! 

    Arjen, a management enthusiast supporting food innovations, a discoverer at heart, is a project manager and contract specialist.

    Pascal, accelerator in outsourcing and dealmaker in food contract manufacturing, he is the industry treasure hunter, brings over 25 years of international experience as an explorer, quartermaster, and advocate in outsourcing.

    Together, they're a dynamic duo reshaping the future of the food industry. From CAPEX & MRO projects to open book calculations, these experts have the core toolboxes to navigate complexities in the world of food management and manufacturing. 

  • Crisp - your go-to supermarket app for straightforward delivery of exceptionally tasty, fresh, and affordably priced products. Sourcing directly from skilled small makers, growers, and farmers they bring you flavorful, seasonal items without unnecessary additives.

    Jochem de Bont, the maestro behind our delectable assortment as the Category Manager at Crisp. As the mastermind responsible for curating and procuring our fresh food assortment, Jochem brings his passion for quality to every corner of Crisp. Taking pride in their award-winning app, rapid growth, and nimble teamwork, Jochem is a key player in keeping the Crisp spirit alive.
