Jeen Nijboer is a Senior Strategist in Global Food & Agri Strategy at Rabobank, with over 20 years of experience driving sustainability and innovation in the agrifood sector. He was a key figure in launching the Future Fit Dairy Initiative and the Biodiversity Monitor, fostering collaboration between leading organizations to promote sustainable food systems. Jeen’s work focuses on managing transitions and advancing the transformation of the global food system.

Marcelo C. Oliveira is the Head of Food Technology for Cooking Aids and Meals at Unilever's Global R&D team in the Netherlands. With over 20 years of R&D experience and a background in Chemistry and Entrepreneurship, Marcelo has led numerous successful product launches worldwide. Passionate about science and innovation, he focuses on solving challenges and advancing the future of food through impactful solutions.
